Bhawanipatna, Mar 18: Today the Maoists killed one of the three abducted villagers abducted and released the other two unhurt. This was informed by Kalahandi SP Brijesh Ray. The body of the killed Banamali Naik was found today ahead of his house. His brother Sudarsan Naik and another villager Hari Pradhan were set free.
The SP further stated that police forces have been deployed at the area to investigate the circumstances under which Banamali had been killed. Besides, the two villagers, who were released unhurt, will be questioned while following the standard operating procedure to verify the claims made by them.
