Bhubaneswar, Jan 21: Around 2,000 litres of diesel from a boat in the Mahanadi confluence area near the Paradip port has been seized while four persons were arrested in this connection, said Paradip Marine Police.
Sources said during a night patrol, police rushed to the anchorage area of the port following information about unloading of diesel from a ship unto a boat.
After reaching the spot, police went into the boat and seized about 2000 litres of diesel and arrested four persons.
