Charge sheet filed against two RTO officials for alleged involvement in ghost vehicle registration racket

Chandikhol, Sept 14:  In the ghost (nonexistent) vehicle registration racket in Chandikhole, the Badchana police of Jajpur district on Tuesday filed charge sheet against former Junior MVI Ashok Kumar Sinha and Braja Kishore Mishra, the suspended steno of Chandikhole RTO for their alleged connection in the issuance of registration certificates for ghost vehicles.

As per sources, a 297-page charge sheet was submitted by the investigating officers in the court.

Notably, the two were arrested by the police in May this year for their alleged connection with fake registration of 27 tankers at Chandikhole RTO.
