Bhubaneswar: The second phase of the 1st instalment of the Subhadra Yojana will be credited to the beneficiaries today by 12 noon. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will participate in an event organized at Baripada Chhau field and distribute the money.
As per reports, the second phase payment of the first instalment of the Subhadra Yojana will be given today to the beneficiary women.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida as well as many ministers and secretaries of the state government will participate in the program.
Today, more than 35 lakh beneficiaries will be given the first instalment of Subhadra Yojana in the second phase.
The first installment of the second phase will be paid before 12 noon today. At 10:30 this morning Mohan Majhi will reach Baripada police line ground by helicopter. From there, he will first go to the Municipal Council office and garland at the statue of Gopbandhu. Later, he will attend the public meeting held at Chhau field and distribute the first installment of the second phase of Subhadra Yojana.
In the first phase, 25 lakh women were given the first installment. So far, one crore 20 thousand women beneficiaries have registered in Subhadra Yojana.
