Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: Amidst heavy ruckus and babel created by the state BJP and Congress members regarding violence cases during the panchayat elections held recently across the state, the house of the assembly was adjourned till 11.45 today by the honourable speaker Niranjan Pujari.
The situation came in force when the opposition legislators shouted slogans during the session on the second day of the Budget session.
