Bhubaneswar, Feb 25: The State Election Commission (SEC) will officially announce the Zilla Parishad and Samiti member candidate names today from its respective block offices. With tight security arrangements and in the presence of a Magistrate, the Announcement process will start at the block offices from 9 am today.
As directed by the SEC, for a safe and secure process, heavy security personnel have been deployed at all entry points at the block offices.
In this regard, the SEC will also publish a poll result booklet on March 2, said sources.
