Balasore, Mar 4: Since last night in areas such as Gabagaon and Patrapada under the police limits here the district administration has imposed the Section 144 of CrPC after tension engulfed the town localities with the murder of one person and another getting injured by some miscreants.
It was announced on mikes by the cops and district admin that more than five people are not allowed to gather at one place, village meetings cannot be held and shop owners are asked to pull down the shutters of their shop. Besides, three platoons of police have also been deployed at the above mentioned areas to avoid happening of any untoward incident along with a police camp been setup at Gabagaon itself to keep a 24 hr vigil on the situation.
