Rourkela, Dec 22: Today the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) CGM Dharmananda Sarangi informed at a press meet here that the construction of the third bridge over river Brahmani here will begin soon.
He stated that the construction work of the bridge has been delayed for various reasons, but the tender process for the bridge construction has finished and the work would begin by next month. It was stated that the NH-143 would be concretized parallel to the Mumbai-Pune Highway. MP Jual Oram and BJP MLA Dilip Ray were also present at the Press meet. MLA Ray had been annoyed over the delay in bridge construction over the Brahmani River.
