Bhubaneswar, Jan 30: Rukmini Mohaptra, wife of former State Minister Gangadhar Mohapatra died here on Thursday due to old age complication. She was 94.
She was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Science here ten days ago.
She was active in social work till about ten years ago.
She is survived by six sons, three daughters and 21 grand children.
Gangadhar Mohapatra, who was a minister for nearly 25 years during Congress government, had passed away in 2005.
She was cremated at Swargdwar in Puri where a host of people paid homage to the body.
