Bhubaneswar, Feb 15 : In a shocking incident, a Class- IX school girl committed suicide at Hadagarh Dam under Soso Police Station in Keonjhar district by jumping from the dam.
The girl was later admitted to the Bhadrak Hospital where she succumbed to the injuries.
She was a student of the local Javahar Navodaya Bidyalaya at Hadagarh, sources said.
Meanwhile, public unrest has been reported at the school premises, sources added.
