Puri, April 14 : Expressing his anger on allegation made by the opposition parties, Senior BJD leader and Food Supply and Consumer Welfare minister Sanjay Dasburma said, ‘I will retire from politics if the CBI finds evidence against me’.
While inaugurating a new Aahar centre near the Puri bus stand, Dasburma blames the opposition parties and said, ‘Opposition parties are conspiring against me on the issue of my links with AT group.’ Clarifying his stand he says, ‘I have submitted all relevant documents to the CBI for investigation’. The Minister also asked the opposition to submit documents in their possession to the CBI to justify their allegations. Reminding that the Crime Branch police has given him a clean chit in the nurse Madhabilata death case, he advised the Opposition parties to wait till the CBI completes its investigation into the Pajero case.
In reply to the allegations made by the Minister, Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Prasad Harichandan said the BJD minister knows very well whether the Opposition parties are conspiring against him or he himself is a party to the conspiracy.
