Phulbani, Aug 8: 14 BJP workers were detained by the police officials on duty on the charge of displaying black flags at Gandhi Chhak in Phulbani to BJD leader and Parliamentary Affairs minister, Bikram Keshari Arukh in Kandhamal district, while he was on his way to the district headquarters to participate in a mini marathon organized to mark the Biju Patnaik birth centenary.
However, the police present on the spot snatched the black flags from the demonstrators.
