Four Trains to run via Cuttack:

Bhubaneswar: November 12: Four pairs of long-distance Trains which were running via Naraj, will now run through Cuttack Station. People had been demanding since long to run these trains via Cuttack. Guwahati-Chennai express will do its stoppage at Cuttack Station from November 18, while Dibrugarh-Chennai Express will stop at the station from November 20. Similarly, Howrah-Kanyakumari Express will provide stoppage at the station from November 21 and Howrah-Ernakulam Express will halt at the station from November 17.

The weekly trains- Guwahati-Chennai expressDibrugarh-Chennai expressHowrah-Kanyakumari express and Howrah-Tiruchirapalli express- will arrive at Cuttack at 9.55pm and leave the station at 10pm on its respective days towards southern part of India. In the return direction, these trains will reach Cuttack at 7.30pm and leave at 7.35pm towards Howrah and north-eastern part of the country.

It is also decided by ECoR to provide stoppage of Hatia-Ernakulum Express at Bargarh Road, Kesinga and Muniguda from Monday onwards.
