Air Odisha served with stay order to restrain from stake selling and bank operations

Bhubaneswar, May 13: Air Odisha, that has successfully tendered for around 50 routes under the UDAN scheme of the Central government, has been served a stay order by the Bhubaneswar Civil Judge Court stating the air service to stop from selling off its stake and operating its bank account. This happened acting upon the complaint filed at the court by the investors, who had been deceived in the name of getting shares of Air Odisha. They said that the air service plans to sell off its shares to other parties upon taking money from the investors. One of these investors being Mitesh Khimji who stated that he paid over Rs 1 crore for 40% stake in Air Odisha.
