BJP vowed to make Odisha No.1 if comes to power: Amit Shah

Amit Shah in Odisha for three day campaign

Jajpur: July 05: On the second day of his three day campaign in Odisha, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah today toured in Jajpur district. Addressing a gathering at Panikoili, Shah slapped Naveen Patnaik-led Biju Janata Dal (BJD) government for poverty and backwardness of the state and said, Odisha will be India’s no.1 state in terms of development if voted to power in 2019 elections.

Citing the development in the BJP-ruled States, Shah said, if BJP comes to power, fate of Odisha will be changed within 5 years. Shah also said the Party workers that, work to achieve 120 seats started and the Party   will oust the Naveen government in 2019 polls. BJP President informed the gathering regarding centre’s assistance to state. He said, Centre has so far given to the State under various heads like Rs 14000 crore for Railways and Rs 2000 crore for waterways, but BJD is not able to utilise the funds.

Earlier today, Shah visited Binjharpur and did darshan of Maa Binjhara. He also held talks with five villagers followed by lunch at a dalit family’s house
