Bhubaneswar: May 07: Rajya Sabha MP Prasanna Acharya became the leader of the Biju Janata Dal Parliamentary Party (BJDPP) in the Upper House. A Press release issued by BJD said, ‘ MP Shri Prasanna Acharya will discharge his duties as the leader of the Biju Janata Dal Parliamentary Party in the Rajya Sabha.’ Party President Naveen Patnaik has written a letter in this regard to Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu informing about his Party’s decision.
