Bhubaneswar: May 23: Twin City witnessed heavy raining today morning which disrupted normal life and traffic movement in twin-city Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. Office-goers faced huge inconvenience while getting their destinations. IMD Bhubaneswar informed that, a cloud mass formed near Odisha-Bengal border moved towards the south and triggered heavy rains. Bhubaneswar also witnessed water-logging in low-lying areas like Acharya Vihar, Jayadev Vihar and Nayapalli.
Many passengers experienced inconvenience at Bhubaneswar Railway Station and Barmunda Bus stand due to water-logging.
