Bhubaneswar, Dec 02: Odisha Ministry of social justice and empowerment department of disability affairs will be observed International Day of People with Disability tomorrow. A rally will be taken out to mark this occasion by Secretary Saswat Mishra at lower PMG.
Later Odisha Women, Child Development and social justice and empowerment department of disability affairs Minister Usha Devi will inaugurate an exhibition.
After that many special schools and organisation will participate in a cultural programme.
