Bhubaneswar, Dec 10: The State Bank of India is set to host a Property Expo at its Main Branch, Zonal Headquarters in the capital city from December 11 to 13 with an aim to provide single window services to customers.
Around 40 top developers and builders would showcase their completed and ongoing projects.
The main motto of the expo is to provide one stop solution for the home seekers by bringing 40 developers/builders of high repute, affiliated to CREDAI, REDA, AFORD and NAREDCO under one roof.
The developers and builders would showcase their completed and ongoing projects to cater to the needs of the clientele of the market segment. Ranges of completed and ongoing duplex/flats and residential plots etc of different builders/developers would be displayed in the Expo for selection by the prospective home buyers.
The visitors would have the advantage and option to choose from a wide range of houses/flats of different size, make and built up area suitable to their needs and requirement.
In the expo, the main motto of SBI would be to provide single window service by giving in-principle-sanction letters, Pre-Approved Loan (PAL), providing easy solution and hand holding support to the problems faced by individual customers in applying/processing of home loans and firsthand information about the home loan and other ultra tech products (SBI Buddy) of the bank, said SBI Chief General Manager, Bhubaneswar Circle BVG Reddy.
