Bhubaneswar: August 18: Odisha has reported 993 cases in last 24 hours. Out of that, 138 are within the age group of 0-18, informed Information & Public Relations Department.
In last 24 hours, 69,008 tests have been done and out of that,993 people were found positive. Daily Positivity Rate stands at 1.43 per cent.
Out of the new cases recorded today, 578 were in quarantine and rest are local contact cases.
Health Department’s information said, 1064 patients have recovered from the disease in last 24 hours.
Total tally of Covid Positive Cases in Odisha increased to 9,97,146 and out of that, 9,80,471 people have already recovered from the disease.
Active cases number comes down to below 10,000-mark. Today it is 9536.
Khurda District continues to top the list of districts with 419 cases.
