Bhubaneswar, Oct 1: Alleging the carelessness in treatment of a four day old new born baby, the family members of the deceased baby created turmoil today at the Capital Hospital.
As per the information, on September 27, Purnabasi Sahoo’s wife, resident of Nayapalli area, gave birth to a baby boy. The baby’s health had deteriorated after he was administered with polio vaccine. However, while undergoing treatment, the baby died today morning.
Following this, the kin of the deceased baby alleged that the main reason behind the death is negligence in treatment by the doctors.
