Bhubaneswar: May 25: Two students died on the spot and another suffered grievous injuries on Nayapalli over-bridge in Bhubaneswar today after their bike was hit by a speeding truck.
The deceased have been identified as Girija Shankar Parida and Chandranshupati Mishra. The third youth who suffered injuries was rushed to Capital Hospital and later was shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital.
Sources said, three youth were travelling on a bike towards Jayadev Vihar when the truck rammed into their bike on Nayapalli over-bridge.
All three had appeared the Plus Two annual examination this year.
Truck driver fled from the spot and Police seized the Truck.
