Bhubaneswar, Dec 28: In a shocking incident today, the Artha Tatwa Group chief, Pradeep Sethy has pleaded himself guilty of all charges levied on him by the CBI in the multi-crore-chit fund scam.
Sethy has sent a petition to the Central agency court through a messenger of Jharpara Jail agreeing to the charges, said sources.
