Barabati Match: Ticket Counters to be Shifted

Cuttack: The ticket counters at the Barabati Stadium will reportedly be shifted to other places in the stadium premises from the main roadside to ease traffic congestion. This step is being taken ahead of the upcoming India England match on February 9.

It has been learnt that the selling of tickets for general spectators for the upcoming match will be on February 5 and February 6, 2025.

As per reports, the ticket counters will not be kept on the main road side of the stadium.  Rather, the counters will be shifted to a little bit inside so that traffic issue does not arises.

Special arrangements will be made for women ticket buyers. A special queue will be there for women. There will be one female counter in every three male counters. A total of six ticket counters will be opened to sell tickets. Tickets for the upcoming match will be sold starting from the end of this month.

Besides, OCA is making special arrangements for fire safety. Fire retardant clothes will be in the galleries. OCA has brought a special liquid to extinguish the fire in case of fire on the DG seat. All these information have been shared by OCA’s Vishnu Prasad Mohapatra.
