Jharsuguda, Jan 10: On Monday, in an auspicious occasion, Birendra Lakra, defender and star hockey player of Indian hockey team tied the nuptial knot with Rashmita Kerketta in a ceremony at Arnold Church in Jharsuguda. Dilip Tirkey, MP and former captain of Indian hockey team along with other dignitaries were present in the function to shower their blessing to the newly married couple.
On the occasion, Lakra said that will continue to play hockey, as before, for the team’s betterment.
