BJP activists protest by burning effigies of CM; road blocked in Odisha Districts

Bhubaneswar, July 30: The incident where the BJP activists showed black flags at Food Supply Minister, Sanjay Dasburma and Housing and Urban Development Minister, Pushpendra Singhdeo, that happened at Manamunda in Boudh district, the BJP party members on same day also staged protests and blocked roads in many parts of the State.

While protesting, around hundreds of BJP activist burnt the effigies of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Minister Sanjay Dasburma at Master Canteen in Bhubaneswar. They also blocked the roads by burning tyres.

In the same way, demonstration had been staged in front of the Paradip Police Station, by the youth wing of the saffron party. By condemning the attack, they demanded resignation and arrest of Minister Sanjay Dasburma.

Meanwhile, protest rally was also seen in Bhawanipatna, which was held by the youth wing of the BJP. They also criticized the Naveen Patnaik Government for its arbitrary action. They burnt the effigies of Naveen Patnaik and Sanjay Dasburma and also threatened that they will not allow any minster to enter Kalahandi.
