Bhubaneswar, Oct 22: Institute of Medical Sciences and SUM Hospital’s license under the Odisha Clinical Establishment Act was renewed conditionally on the basis of the ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) issued by the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), clarified Niranjan Sahu, Collector Khurda.
