Bhubaneswar: May 26: Commissionerate Police submitted charge sheet in the sensational Deepak Mallick alias Dipu murder case today. According to sources, names of 14 accused are there in the charge-sheet of 1120 pages and out of them 10 have already been arrested. Dipu was reportedly killed by Dhalasamanta brothers, who was working for the duo as tender fixer.
The charge sheet of the murder case in which gangster siblings Sushant and Sushil Dhalasamanta are involved, was submitted at the SDJM Court here.
On November 12,2013, Dipu along with Om, another aide of D-brothers were taken to a place near Ansupa in Athagagh and were murdered by the criminal siblings of Dhalasamanta brothers. Involvement of D-brothers in the murder of Dipu could be known after Dipu’s photograph and driving licence which were found during a police raid at Dhalasamanta brothers’ residence at VIzag.
