Kendrapara, Mar 25: A clerk named Soumya Ranjan Behera of the Community Health Centre (CHC) at Rajakanika here is charged of allegedly diverting government funds coming through National Health Mission, to his father and own accounts. The amount is said to be Rs 13,85,000. To this District Collector has directed a special audit of the NHM fund.
