Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today announced many developmental projects of worth Rs 68 cr in the regions of Pipili and Delang in Puri district, today, via video conferencing from the Lok Seva Bhawan.
The project work is guided for infrastructural development of roads, irrigation, stadium, bridges, bus stand etc. The conference was separately attended by Samir Ranjan Dash (state school and mass education minister) and Tushar Kanti Behera (state E & IT, Sports & Youth Services minister) while addressing the public of Pipili and Delang, respectively.
Apart from the above projects, a memorial will be developed for celebrating centenary of Mahatma Gandhi’s visit to Odisha in 1921, at Beraboi, which has been remarked after the Gandhiji’s visit here, in 1938. Said the CM.
Patnaik also recalls former Pipili MLA late Pradeep Maharathy and said the departed leader was associated with the development of Pipili-Delanga area for more then 30 years.
