Commissionerate Police Arrest 4 Miscreants For Kidnapping Businessman’s Son
The Twin City Commissionerate Police arrested four persons for allegedly kidnapping the son a businessman in Bhubaneswar, Police sources said.
In an shocking incident, an young man was abducted at gunpoint yesterday at a tea shop in the busy Laxmisagar area of the capital. The abductors demanded Rs. 30 lakhs from the parents of the youth to make him free.
The young man who was abducted was Ishan Agrawal. He is a BBA student while his father is a businessman. Ishan lives with his family in the Lakshmisagar area.
Sources said, Ishan was having tea at a shop near Laxmisagar when 3 youths arrived at the spot and threatened him at gunpoint. Later they forcibly took him inside their car and fled the place.

Abductee Ishan Agarwal’s father Ramrup Agarwal, had lodged a complaint with the Laxmisagar police alleging that his son was kidnapped and the kidnappers were demanding Rs 30 lakh from him as ransom.
Getting the complaint, twin city police acted fast and rescued Ishan. They have arrested the abductors.
Also, Police have seized a car, sharp weapons and mobile phones from the possession of the accused.
