Bhubaneswar: June 20: District Congress unit of Deogarh district of Odisha today observed a bandh and demanded the release of subsidy to farmers, appointment of doctors in the district hospitals besides 8 more demands listed in their 10-point charter of demands.
Tension prevailed at the site of protests and following which, Police arrested 15 congress activists. District unit of Congress condemned the arrest and blocked the roads at important districts headquarters, which has created traffic problem in most part of the city.
