Bhubaneswar, Mar 7: A draft budget has been prepared by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the fiscal year 2017-18. The budget was read out at a meeting held at the BMC office in the presence of Corporators. The BMC Mayor and Commissioner and Culture Minister were present at the meeting. The Corporators would give their opinions on the draft budget within two days. Rs 384,59,28,923 has been allotted for the budget. The budget will be approved at Corporation meeting on Mar 9.
