Berhampur, May 27: In an interesting incident, 4 elephants who fell into two separate wells at Tarasingh Forest Range in Ganjam were rescued by the forest departments early today.
As suspected, the 2 mother elephant and their 2 calves, mostly in search of a water came to the area when the incident occurred.
After being informed, the forest officials reached the spot and with the support of JCBs helped rescued the elephants.
