Ensuring balanced nutrition for students through ‘Poshan Abhiyan’ is an important pillar of education reform. Good nutrition will enhance the concentration and learning capacity of children and help them become healthy, confident and capable citizens, which will help realise the dream of ‘Developed India’, said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Attending a one-day state-level workshop on ‘National Education Policy 2020 – Implementation, Challenges and Opportunities’ held in Bhopal on Sunday, Shri Pradhan said, Madhya Pradesh is emerging as a leading state in taking forward both the National Education Policy ​​2020 and Indian culture at the same pace. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we are determined to establish an education system imbued with self-respect and completely free of a colonial mentality by 2035.

He further said that Madhya Pradesh will remain a young state for the next 25 years and will play a crucial role in the vision of a developed India. When traditional knowledge is combined with new technology through AI, Madhya Pradesh and other states of the country will gain a new dimension in the 21st century. For this, he called upon Madhya Pradesh to be a pioneer with initiatives like ‘AI Tutor’.

The Madhya Pradesh Government’s ‘School Chalen Hum’ campaign is playing a vital role in connecting every child to school, reducing drop-out rates and bringing modern learning methods to schools.

More and more children are becoming connected to education and empowered with knowledge and culture, leading towards the realisation of the dream of ‘Developed Madhya Pradesh’ and ‘Developed India’.

The students are enthusiastically participating in various extracurricular activities, including sports, cultural performances, and karate, which is commendable. This initiative of the Madhya Pradesh Government has given a new dimension to quality education and overall development.

The Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Mangubhai Patel, Chief Minister, Dr Mohan Yadav and other dignitaries were present at the event. During the visit, Shri Pradhan visited Kamala Nehru Sandipani Kanya Vidyalaya, Bhopal, and interacted with students, teachers, and parents.
