Ex-BJDian and Former MP Pyarimohan Mohapatra passes away

Mumbai / Bhubaneswar, Mar 19: The 77 year old bureaucrat turned politician Pyarimohan Mohapatra, has finally passed away after a big struggle with his illness at around 9.40 pm today.

The noted parliamentarian, and Ex-BJD member who later parted away and formed his own party “Odisha Jan Morcha”  had been suffering from a lungs disease.

Earlier on 16th of March, after his condition deteriorated he was put in an ICU and on ventilator support at a Mumbai based hospital.

Notably, Pyari babu, often referred to as Chanakya of Odisha politics for his perceptive political acumen, had undergone a lungs surgery in March last year in which he had progressed and recovered, but, he had been facing difficulties in speaking for past some months.
