Bhubaneswar, Apr 4: Today the ex-director of Air Odisha Aviation Pvt Ltd (AOAPL), Santosh Pani has been arrested by the Khandagiri Police. The arrest was undertaken based on a non bailable warrant issued against him in connection with a fraud case. It’s stated that a complaint was filed against Pani for cheating Sandeep Ray, the son of former Union coal minister and BJD MLA Dilip Ray. Ray had filed an FIR against Pani for not returning his investment amount that he had invested in the carrier service. Earlier, Pani has also been arrested in June 2016 but was released on bail. He was again arrested today here for violating the bail condition.
