Bhadrak, Apr 26: Alleged for consuming fake liquor, about 7 people have been hospitalised, while one person has died at the Padhisahi village in Bhadrak district.
Identified as Kartik Nayak, the deceased along with 7 others were admitted to a private medical at Bhadrak, where the former passed away while undergoing treatment, while the other 7 are stated to be critical, said sources.
After the incident, the Bhadrak DA and the collector visited the hospital to take report of the incident, while in the meanwhile, the police has also started an investigation into the matter.
