Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a fish laden lorry rammed into another lorry from behind on National Highway 16 at Sunakhala Overbridge under Nachuni police station in Khorda district. The truck driver died on the spot.
Reportedly, the incident occurred when the truck carrying fishes was heading to Bhubaneswar from Andhra Pradesh. The other truck came from behind and collided with the fish truck. After the collision, the driver of the fish truck was seriously injured and was rushed to Tangi Medical for treatment. Doctor declared him dead in the hospital.
The Nachuni police reached on the spot and started an investigation.
