Patna, Nov 1: The fourth phase for Bihar Assembly elections is underway. The voting has begun in 55 seats on Sunday. By 11.00 am nearly 23% voting was registered in the State.
Voting has already been completed in three phases on 131 seats. The last phase of polling is scheduled on November 5 on the remaining 57 seats. Counting of votes is on November 8.
