New Delhi: Centre on Tuesday released a framework for ranking the engineering and management institutes across India on the basis of their performance in providing placement, entrepreneurship, compensation package, research activity and other facilities.
The framework covers both the government and private sectors. The ranking list will be released by April 2016, said Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani while releasing the framework today.
The framework for pharmacy, architecture and universities will be within October.
