Bhubaneswar, Mar 15: Following the order of the Supreme Court, prime convict in the murder of Budhia Singh’s trainer Biranchi Das, Raja Acharya was released by the District and Sessions Court here. The bail was granted by the SC on execution of surety of Rs 1 lakh. The bail to Acharya had been granted on six conditions including that Raja will have to inform the police of his staying anywhere in the State during a particular day. Also, the court has warned Raja not to influence or threaten the witnesses. This was informed by Raja’s advoctae, Swagat Ray.
