New Delhi, Nov 19: A delegation of German parliamentarians on Wednesday met Union minister Harsh Vardhan to devise ways for an enhanced partnership between the two countries in the field of Science and Technology.
The delegation also expressed interest in collaborating with India in areas like solar energy and other clean and green technologies.
Simone Raatz, the Chairman of the German Parliamentary Committee on Education, Research and Technology Assessment, discussed issues related to their mutual cooperation.
Both sides agreed to strengthen their cooperation in the field of Science and Technology with continued funding for the projects already in progress.
Scientific cooperation between Indian and Germany extends in several areas.
