Sambalpur, Dec 8: In a tragic rail accident a girl lost her life while talking over mobile phone at Sambalpur on Tuesday.
Identified as Saban Sarangi of Boudh District, the girl was studying at Gangadhar Meher University at Sambalpur. Earlier on the evening of Tuesday while returning from the local market, the girl was walking down the railway crossing talking over her phone. She was so busy in the call, that she unnoticed the train, and it ran on her dragging her long. She was killed on the spot.
Following to the incident the University Exams to start today were postponed.
