She said in her complaint, “I had to take a connecting flight from Delhi to Dibrugarh.  I had a handbag, a backpack, a sling bag and a black colour purse with me. I have kept all my jewelry in black purse.  There was a CISF female constable at the screening point. She asked me to show her purse and jewelry. I urged her to check inside the purse without bringing it out. I kept the jewelry in a transparent box. But he didn’t listen to me. ”

According to the FIR, the female constable took her jewelry out of the box and placed it in another tray.

Ms. Bhatt complained, “In the meantime, the airport boarding time was announced and I took my bag and boarded the plane. After boarding the flight, I found the jewelry box missing and complained to the flight attendants and they had advised me to report it to the CISF. ‘
