Bhubaneswar, April 17: “Gram Krushak Sabha” in State, as part of the BJP’s national campaign to discuss issues releated to farmers, will be held from Sunday.
Party spokesperson Sajjan Sharma in a release here said that during the programme the various successful schemes for farmers initiated by the NDA government in the country will be discussed.
He said the Centre has launched “From Gram Uday to Bharat Uday Abhiyan” from April 14 on the occasion of BR Ambedkar to boost social integration in villages, strengthen panchayatiraj system and development of villages and farmers.
The second phase of this campaign will begin from April 17 and continue till April 20, he said.
