Kendrapara: In a group clash as many as 15 people were injured and six of them critically over a land dispute. The incident happened in Harijana street in Tulashipur village under Marsaghai police limits in Kendrapara district.
According to information, a family wanted to build a house over a barren land. This became a bone of contention for the group clash. The police have detained five people from both the groups.
It is worth mentioning here that, some people have built houses and were staying on the area where ‘Nama yajnas’ were performed. The other group protested this. The argument escalated and over 15 were injured in the clash.
Police reached the spot and started an investigation. Police have been deployed in the village. The injured were rushed to the Marsaghai medical.
