Cuttack, Aug 23: Today the Orissa High Court refused to approve the petition regarding Bail extension which has ended today of Nirmal Rout who is a close helper of gangster duo Sushant and Sushil Dhalasamant.
Notably, on July 13 the HC had granted Rout an interim Bail on medical call against a bail bond of Rs 30,000 and two guarantors. The bail was granted to him for treatment.
Rout owns a farmhouse at Khuntakata near Athagarh, where the murder of gangsters’ former associates Dipu and Omm took place. Rout is a co accused in the murder case.
