Bhubaneswar, Sept 3: Rainfall has occurred at a few places over Odisha with Heavy rainfall at one or two places over Interior Odisha. Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours rainfall along with thundershowers thus having a maximum and minimum temperature of 31 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius respectively on Sunday having a cloudy atmosphere all around.
The relative humidity will be 97 percent at its maximum and 87 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT Sub-Division.
On Sunday heavy rainfall will be at North Odisha. On Monday, North Odisha will have very heavy showers with heavy at South of the state. On Tuesday, North Odisha will have heavy showers and there will be few down in the South of the state. On Wednesday, conditions will remain the same as on Tuesday. On Thursday, heavy rainfall in likely to occur in North.
On the basis of weather report submitted by the MeT officials, there will be a decrease in rainfall from 8th Sept to 10th Sept.
The highest maximum temperature of 33.6oC was recorded at Balasore and the lowest minimum temperature of 20.0oC was recorded at Sundargarh in the plains of Odisha.
