Phulbani, Sep 15: Today the Phiringia police captured 70 kg of ganja and arrested two persons in this connection in Kandhamal.
Acting on a tip-off police raided an SUV this morning and seized the contraband with three mobile phones. Two drug peddlers were also apprehended in the raid.
